Personal Coaching is a great option for everyone, no matter if you’re working with a Life Coach for the first time or are a seasoned veteran. Schedule a session today and achieve next-level results. Coahing session are offered in bundles, available from 4-6 SESSIONS for meeting each week 4-6weeks. Depending on your needs, sessions range from 30 - 60 minutes and rates are adjusted accordingly.

Wellness coaching is for you if you are seeking empowerment and guidance for health-related and overall wellness matters. As a 10-year breast cancer survivor and certified wellness coach, I am an advocate for health and wellness. I will work with you to empower you to be an advocate for yourself within a sometimes-oppressive healthcare system and how to incorporate healthy habits that are customized for your life.
